Jensen Ackles is a popular American actor as well as a director. Ackles was originally planning to study sports medicine and be a therapist. But a brief stint as a model changed trajectory of his professional career. He soon portrayed the character of Eric Brady in the Emmy award-winning program Days of our Lives. The actor is most well-known for his stunning style, incredible screen-presence and the ability to impress his audiences with his incredible acting. He made a modest beginning and made a mark on television and Hollywood for his acting skills with the ability to be a superstar. He is most well-known for playing the roles of Eric Brady Jason Teague and Dean Winchester in various popular American television shows. A variety of awards and distinctions were bestowed to him. He's also tried his hand as a producer and director when he has time off. He directed a few of episodes of Supernatural and been commended in the process. He considers himself an unconfessional Christian and currently is married to One Tree Hill actor Danneel Harris.
