Barber was victorious over Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 by unanimous vote. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye at UFC 276 in July 2022. Barber won this fight by unanimity. In addition, this was the last fight under her contract with UFC. Later, that same year she signed a new contract with them. Barber lost to Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
